Counter-terrorist operations and clashes between the Pakistani army and Taliban fighters are taking place in these areas, and the Taliban are constantly threatening foreigners that they will be targeted in retaliatory attacks if they do not leave Pakistan.<\/p><p>The provinces of Sindh, Punjab and Balochistan face regular monsoons in the summer months, causing\u00a0<strong>flooding<\/strong>.
