Extraordinary page hours without an appointment
Dear Clients, The Aliens Police would like to remind you once again extra page hours without an appointment at the Alien Police Off Booking System at designated times. Additional page hours will be implemented on three Thursdays in the month of March, specifically March 13, 20, and 27, 2025 from 7:40 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. At this time, foreigners will be able to process selected types of residence permit applications without an appointment.
The aim of the Foreigners Police Service is to ensure efficient and smooth handling of the needs of every foreigner who is in Slovakia. Due to the high demand and the desire to improve the availability of services, in March 2025 at all departments of the Aliens Police throughout Slovakia extended page time.

Recommendation: activation of the personal security code (BOK)
When applying for a document, the Aliens Police recommends that you activate your personal security code (BOK). This code enables easier and more efficient electronic communication with the public administration via the residence document.
Standard mode during other page days
During the remaining days of the holiday, the Aliens Police Departments will operate in standard mode according to the normal schedule. Aliens who do not take advantage of the additional page hours must continue to use the booking system to process their applications.
Adaptation of page days to the needs of foreigners
Based on an evaluation of this initiative and an analysis of the needs of foreigners, the Aliens Police will adjust the offer of page days each month to best meet the needs of applicants.
Important notice for applicants
The police urge all applicants who present themselves at the site to:
- respected the instructions of the police officers on duty,
- take into account the capacity of the individual departments,
- it was assumed that only as many applications as the capacity of the office would allow would be processed.
The additional page hours represent a step towards more efficient delivery of the Foreign Police's services. The aim is to ensure that as many applicants as possible are able to deal with their residence issues without unnecessary delays. The police are therefore appealing to all foreigners to take advantage of this opportunity and at the same time follow the above rules for the smooth processing of their applications.
