Dear clients, 

in this way, we would like to inform you about the current lack of dates in the reservation system of the Ministry of the Interior for actions connected with the foreign police, where currently from 01.08.2024 there was a lack of deadlines and it is often possible to encounter an event where the system does not provide any deadlines at any department of the foreign police. 

At the same time, the Ministry of the Interior informs on its website about the fact that it does not currently process exceptions for granting the deadline. 

"Due to the high interest of foreigners in granting/renewing residence on the territory of the Slovak Republic, the reservation system of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic does not currently have available dates for the life situations in question. For this reason, it is necessary to continuously monitor the availability of dates. Nationals of third countries who apply for a (first) residence permit on the territory of the Slovak Republic and their chosen department of the Foreign Police of the Police Force does not have a free date for submitting an application, we recommend that you make an appointment at the department of the Foreign Police of the Police Force, which has a free date. IN in the case of contacting the Border and Foreign Police Directorate for an exception to grant a deadline for the above-mentioned reason, you will be denied this option.” informs the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic.

Due to the closure of the large-capacity center at Bottová Street 7 in Bratislava from August 6, 2024, requests for temporary shelter will be processed at all foreign police departments of the Police Force.

From August 5, 2024, a reservation through the reservation system is mandatory for the range of situations Temporary refuge. Not through the standard reservation system for actions connected with the agenda for residence permits.

At the same time, we would like to point out that our company does not provide any dates other than those provided by the reservation system of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic. Also, for no additional fee, we cannot provide you with a date outside the reservation system. 

This phenomenon does not appear for the first time and we firmly believe that the situation will improve in the near future.
