New Zealand is located east of Australia from the dividing boundary of the Tasman Sea and south of the Pacific islands of New Caledonia, Fiji and Tonga.
This separate country seems very small on the map, but the opposite is true. Nor is the distance to neighbouring Australia as short as it might seem. New Zealand's capital Wellington and Australia's capital Sydney are separated by almost a 4 hour flight.
Czech and Slovak Republic has a visa-free stay of less than 3 months with New Zealand.
If you want to stay in NZ for less than 90 days, you will not need any visa.

Please allow 72 hours for NZeTA to process your application. Many applications will be processed more quickly.
You need:
-valid passport
-credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard)
-a photograph of your face or a device that can take one.
The nearest New Zealand embassy is in Vienna, Austria.
Slovaks can travel to NZ on a visa-free basis for up to 90 days, so you don't really need a visa here, but you do need to be prepared for entry checks - such as a return ticket. ATTENTIONA: From 1 October 2019, visa-free travel will replace the need to obtain an NZeTA before entering New Zealand. More information here.
From 1.10.2019 the conditions for visa-free travel to New Zealand are changing (not only) for Slovakia and you will need to arrange NZeTA online.

If you don't qualify for a working holiday visa and want to work in New Zealand. Here, the requirement is to have found an employer in advance, so this is the most difficult option.
Visa fees:
A tourist visa is granted to the applicant for a maximum of 90 days for the purpose of tourism.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic will decide on the granting of a visa within 15 days.
You can also use this type of visa on the territory of other EU member states. But not automatic.
Since this visa is for the purpose of tourism or visiting, the entire granting process is simplified and procedurally fast.
