Dear customer,

based on the current continuously increasing prices on the market caused by global inflation, we have come to the inevitable conclusion of an increase in the prices of provided services by an average of 20%. For our clients, we have kept prices unchanged for a long time since the beginning of the crisis, but our partners have also increased prices and thus our business costs have increased. For that reason, we were also forced to raise prices. 

The adjustment of the price list may seem radical, but if we take into account the current situation of inflation in Slovakia, which reached 18% in the month of October, this step is necessary on our part, so that we can continue to provide the same quality services under unchanged conditions and not affect the awarding process stay, or did not charge additional fees to clients who currently use our services. 

The current changes will apply from November 1, 2022 and will only be valid for newly established contractual relationships.
Ongoing contractual relations are not affected by this change, and we will not modify the contractual conditions of ongoing proceedings in the form of Addenda. 

Although we do not like to announce this fact, this step could not be avoided after several negotiations.
