In this way, we would like to inform you that from 15.12.2023 there is a change in the company's business and contractual conditions MTS Consulting, s. r. o., namely in the manner of the VAT payer's obligation pursuant to § 4 par. 1 Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on value added tax.
Based on the above, our company becomes a VAT payer with an identification number from 15.12.2023 SK2121416231.
From that date, all services provided by us will be subject to value added tax in the amount of 20%.
These changes will be indicated in the contractual documentation as well as in the General Business Conditions document.
