Dear clients,
We would like to apologize for the delay in responding to email communications due to the ongoing attacks on the website.

We are currently registering cyber attacks on our websites and email servers, these are DDoS and spam attacks coming mainly from Russian servers.

For security reasons, we were forced to temporarily suspend the operation of the email server until a security check was performed on the server. We restarted the operation on 18.01.2024 at 11:00.

At the same time, we want to assure you that all data is sufficiently protected and there is no need to worry about its acquisition by attackers or further misuse. We store all personal data and documents on cloud storage with sufficient protection. Once processed, they are removed from electronic form and only physical copies are retained.

We have previously reported on these attacks through a press release from the National Security Office of the Slovak Republic.

We apologize for the above complications and are working to eliminate them.

Yours sincerely,
the Vízum.sk team
